POOLED FUNDING
Your Gift Joins the Clean Gear Program
Donations are pooled in the Clean Gear Program. They aren't tied to a single invoice or one firefighter's bill.
That lets funding follow actual need. A firefighter coming off a severe exposure may need more than the scheduled cycles. Another may need less. Pooling means neither is shortchanged by a fixed, per-person transaction.
Utilization is tracked and reported back to donors.

Advanced decontamination doesn't have one price. Costs vary by provider, region, the gear being cleaned and how contaminated it is.
Rather than paying for one identical transaction per firefighter, $500 buys meaningful annual access: scheduled advanced cleanings, an annual inspection, logistics, and room for heavier decontamination when an incident calls for it.
It's also a unit donors can understand and we can report against: one firefighter, one year.
